CS 4390/5390: Computational Number Theory with Applications to Cryptography

This course provides an introduction to the computational aspects of number theory with an emphasis on applications to cryptography. By the end of the course you will be proficient with algorithms for primality testing and factorization into primes, as well as the fundamental mathematical and computational concepts underlying digital signatures, public key encryption, and key establishment protocols.
